Today is Super Bowl Sunday, a uniquely American tradition that offers the opportunity to vent what I am calling pent-up Pandemic energy through the athletic battleground. Whether you are a sports fan or not, it's a good day to find your way to recreation and healthy release. While many Americans continue to adjust to the demands of the Pandemic, we are warned there will be a price for any super spreader events, especially at a time when the case rates are starting to slow. Stay home, stay digitally connected, shout, laugh, cheer--or head outside for exercise, fresh air, and nature as your companion. There's still time for quiet gratitude, prayer and stillness.
