Why Tithe? the spiritual practice of tithing

Tithing is a Spiritual Process.  It’s a way of opening a door of receptivity inside of ourselves--a door to a larger world of both giving and receiving.

Tithing is the specific giving of 10% of our income to the place where we receive our spiritual nourishment. While there are other forms of financial giving that have their own benefits, tithing is a distinct spiritual practice dating back thousands of years that provides a unique relationship between giving and receiving and opens our hearts to an invisible well-spring of abundance. When we tithe to the source of our spiritual well-being, we are affirming on a very concrete material and financial level our spiritual connection to a Universal Reciprocity.  Through this act of incredible generosity, we open something inside us that can receive an unseen abundance from the heart of the Universe Itself. As we give ourselves in this way to Life, Life gives back to us in many unforeseen ways.  We become recipients of the unexpected prosperity that is beyond our human construct of how things work in this world.  We begin to see the Spiritual in everything we do, everything we are.  As we give ourselves tangibly to the Intangible, Infinite Wonder of Life, we expand the possibilities of Good coming to us out of the Infinite Resources of God.

Try tithing and see your world open to a New Dimension of Spiritual and financial fulfillment. Bring you all the tithes into the storehouse...and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.  Malachi 3:10
