“Love Meditation”

It is always healing and uplifting to take time to think about the nature of love—how we have given and received love in this life. We can take this moment to allow ourselves to think of the people with whom we have shared love in our lives. There is only one love but it can take many forms. There is love of family: love of our parents and love of our children and close relatives. There is romantic love. There is love of pets, and there is love of friends and mentors. There is the love of God, love of the earth and even love for ourselves. Let's take this tiny moment out of our day to remember and reflect on the love that has come into our hearts through our time on this earth. And let's indeed be thankful and grateful for the incredible gift of love itself.
