“Getting the Right Angle”
by Dr. Larry Morris
A mechanic was checking the power steering fluid on a car when he accidentally dropped the cap down into the frame of the car. He spent some time shining a flashlight down into the bottom part of the car but couldn't see the cap. Finally the mechanic drove the car into the garage, put it on the rack, elevated it, shined his flashlight upwards and quickly found the missing cap. When our situation in life does not seem susceptible to a solution, we may need to shift the angle from which we are viewing things. Sometimes we are just seeing from too limited a perspective. We can change our point of view and begin to be open to new possibilities. Choose to see your life from the angle of joy and laughter, peace and freedom.
